The value of the offer including the option right, is 19 704 600 zł gross (19,704,600 zlotys zero grosz), including:
1) the bid price for the main contract is 16 998 600 zł gross (16,998,600 zlotys zero grosz);
2) the price of the option rights is 2 706 000 zł gross (2,706,000 zloty zero grosz).
The option under the right contractor, on the written request of the contracting authority made before the end of the five year period to support the manufacturer's standard software and dedicated, is committed to providing support to the producer for the next twenty four months for the current level. The contract is to design, manufacture, delivery, configure, integrate, implement, test and launch a fully functional financial and accounting system, which will allow for the introduction of a uniform and consistent tools for financial management of the City of Olsztyn and subordinate units.
The criterion for evaluation of bids were:
price - 30 points
Additional hours for execution of development work - 4 points
Involvement Specialist. Finance and accounting - 4 points
Employment disabled person - 2 points
versatility and flexibility offered solution (system) - 60 points
In relation to the above criteria the offer made by COIG SA received the highest number of points. In the absence of references to the choice of the offer within the time limit prescribed by the law will be signed a contract with the Employer for the execution of the order specified in the offer. About the fact of signing the contract by COIG SA Issuer will inform the relevant current report.
COIG SA is a subsidiary in which WASKO SA holds 93.98% of the share capital and the same number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
