VANCOUVER, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. wishes to inform its shareholders that, subject to regulatory approval, it has amended the terms of 4,415,750 warrants issued February 15, 2006, to extend the term of the warrant for an additional three months. The warrants will remain exercisable at a price of $0.45 per share and will expire on May 15, 2007.
