With reference to this, we wish to inform the exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting dated 07th July, 2026 has transacted and approved the proposal for change of name of the company from Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited to WARDWIZRD INNOVATIONS LIMITED, subject to approval by the Members of the Company and respective Authorities under Companies Act 2013 as well as SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
