The trading window in dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Thursday 1st January, 2026 for the Directors, Promoters, Promoter Group, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025.
