VANCOUVER, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - Wall Financial Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to report the issuance of 1,050,000 common shares by way of exercise of options pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, all of which were held by two directors of the Company. Each option was exercised at a price of $7.75 per common share for gross proceeds of $8,137,500.
