WA Kaolin Ltd ('Company') (ASX: WAK) announces the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Michael Kenyon, with effect from 11 December 2024.
Mr Kenyon, who joined the Company in 2019 prior to its listing on the ASX, is leaving to pursue other career opportunities.
His contributions have been outstanding in the critical development stages of the company, and we wish him the best in his future roles. Mr Andrew Sorensen, who is the Company's Director, Sales & Marketing, has been appointed as Company Secretary by the Board, and Mr Abhi Anand will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.
