Pursuant to Clause 7 of the code of fair disclosure and the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Partners OF VVIP infratech Limited read with clause 4 of Schedule B to the SEBI(PIT), Reg, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Directors, KMP''S, Promoters, Designated Persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the company for the half year ended 30th September, 2026.
