TORONTO, ON, Jan. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - VVC EXPLORATION CORPORATION (VVC: TSX-V) ("VVC" or the "Company") announces that its application for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FSE") has been accepted and the shares are now trading under the symbol V7S.
The FSE, which offers fully electronic trading facilities, is the largest of eight German stock exchanges and ranks as one of the largest stock exchanges in the world. This listing marks the first step of an aggressive campaign by VVC to increase its exposure in Europe. It provides VVC with increased access to worldwide capital markets and an opportunity to broaden its shareholder base by the establishment of a closer relationship with the European investment community which has recently expressed an interest in exploration projects in the People's Republic of China.
