Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2026, were passed by shareholders. The voting represented 76.36% of the company's 1,012,461,969 issued ordinary shares. Key resolutions, including the approval of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, Directors' Remuneration Report and Policy, CEO and CFO retention awards, and the re-election of directors, all received strong support, with most resolutions passing with over 96% of the votes cast.
