RALEIGH, N.C., July 06, 2026--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced the completion of the previously announced sale of a majority of Teletrac Navman, its global fleet management, telematics and asset management business. As previously disclosed, the total transaction is valued at $220 million including cash proceeds to Vontier of approximately $80 million. In anticipation of these proceeds and consistent with its stated capital allocation policy, Vontier has completed share repurchases of $130 million during the second quarter. Financial results for the Teletrac business have historically been reported within the Mobility Technologies segment of Vontier and will now be excluded from continuing operations as of the completion date – June 30, 2026.
