We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. March 6, 2026, approved the sale of land admeasuring approax. 12242 square meters, bearing Survey No. 173/1, Situated at Village, Kalana, Gujarat- 382100, India ("Property"), subject to necessary legal due diligence and requisite regulatory approvals. It may be noted that no business operations of the Company were carried out on the said property. Accordingly, the proposed sale will not have any impact on the business operations of the company. Further, the sale of the said property does not constitute disposal of an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the company under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
