Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu of the Original Share Certificate reported as lost/misplaced by the shareholder.The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28th May, 2026 approved the issuance of the Duplicate Share Certificate.
