The Trading window for dealing in Company''s securities shall be closed for Designated Persons and immediate Relative''s w.e.f 01st July, 2026 till the end of 48 hrs after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation, 2015.
