Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, through a circular resolution dated 1st August, 2025, has unanimously approved the installation of a 150 KW Grid-Connected Solar Rooftop Power Plant at its Mangrol Plant, Gujarat.
