Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (the Company) (ASX:VMM) released an announcement titled 'Strategic Expansion of the Colossus REE Project' on 13 August 2024.
Included in the Chief Executive Officer comments on page 2 were statements regarding project economics for the Colossus project. The Company retracts these statements as there is no reasonable basis for these statements. As a consequence of the retraction of the information contained in the above statements in the release mentioned above, the Company advises that investors should not rely on the retracted information for their investment decisions
