Villeroy & Boch reorganises its management team The Supervisory Board of Villeroy & Boch AG and the Chair of the Executive Board, Gabi Schupp, agreed today that she will leave the company on the best of terms and for personal reasons on 31 May 2026. At the same time, the Supervisory Board has decided to reorganise the Executive Board. The Executive Board of Villeroy & Boch AG will in future consist of four members. Georg Lörz will be responsible for the Bath & Wellness division and will assume the role of Spokesperson of the Executive Board. Dr Peter Domma will lead the Dining & Lifestyle division as well as Digitalisation and IT. Dr Markus Warncke will continue to be responsible for Finance. Esther Jehle will be responsible for Human Resources & Organisational Development and will lead Operations within the Bath & Wellness division.
