In view of the pendency of the order of the Hon''ble NCLT, Chandigarh Bench(Court-II) on approval of the resolution plan of the corporate debtor submitted by the successful RA, for which order is reserved, yet to be pronounced. the approval of the ROC for the said extension is awaited.In view of the aforesaid, The date of AGM will be intimated in due course and Annual report will be submitted accordingly.
