From March 15, 2023 VIB will officially stop card service on MyVIB 1.0 application.
In order to serve the best service, seamless experience to VIB cardholders, we are pleased to introduce the outstanding Card Management funtion on MyVIB 2.0, details as follows:
1. Saving with Credit Card Transaction Notification service via MyVIB 2.0 Notification:
- All free;
- Easy to manage even when going abroad;
- Various types of default notifications are as follows:
• Notify when card transactions are successful and unsuccessful;
• Notification when paying card balance;
• Notification when changing personal information: address / identity document / email / phone number;
• Notification when changing card information: lock & unlock card; lock & unlock ATM/POS/Online transaction function; activated; extend; card replacement; change the automatic debit service; installment conversion;
• Or other announcements implemented from time to time
In case you want to receive notification of transaction changes via SMS, please register on the app or contact Hotline 1800 8195. Fees are applied according to the VIB Credit Card Fee . SMS transaction notification of the Supplementary Card will be automatically applied according to the Primary Card's registration.
2. Easy with Card management:
• Redeem credit card reward points for cash, gift certificates, annual fees.
• Register for credit card installment payment with attractive interest rate
• View and download credit card electronic statements anytime, anywhere
• View Card Information (Card Number; CVC, Expiry Date) conveniently
• Actively temporarily lock/unlock the card
• Enable/Disable online payment/ ATM/ POS/ Contactless
• Check all card transactions
• Activate the newly issued card
• Change PIN code
• Paying off credit card balances

Note:
- Username and password of MyVIB 2.0 and MyVIB 1.0 applications are the same.
- After switching to the MyVIB 2.0 application, the existing MyVIB 1.0 account will be locked and cannot continue to be used.
