Revenue up 9.3%* at 30.09.2024

to €879.7m

11.1% increase at constant rates

In the first nine months of the year, consolidated revenue of VIEL & Cie's operating subsidiaries grew 9.3% at current exchange rates, to €879.7m, compared with €804.9m in the same period in 2023. At constant exchange rates, Group revenue was up 11.1%.

VIEL & Cie reported growth in activity levels in Q3 2024 with revenue up 12.4% to €282.4m at current exchange rates. Quarterly revenue was up 14.1% at constant exchange rates.

Consolidated revenue by business segment was as follows:

Bourse Direct, VIEL & Cie's operating subsidiary, recorded a 14.7% increase of consolidated revenue over the period and growth of more than 10% in the number of customer accounts opened, for a stock of more than 340,000 accounts at the end of September 2024.

There has been no significant change in the Group's financial situation since the publication of its 2024 interim financial statements.

The variations in income statement items at current exchange rates are calculated on the basis of the average rates for the period compared with average rates for the previous period when translating the Group's consolidated subsidiaries. The variations in income statement items at constant exchange rates are calculated using the average conversion rates of period N-1 over the two comparison periods.
