‌Conclusions and outlook

Our results for the first nine months of 2026, delivered against a backdrop of external challenges, reflect the strategic decisions we have taken and demonstrate the strength of Vidrala's business model. In an adverse macroeconomic environment, we further strengthened our margins, evidencing the effectiveness of our cost control and our current level of competitiveness. Amid still-weak demand in Europe, we found pockets of recovery and captured growth in South America. And, despite our ambitious investment plan, we generated the expected cash flow and reduced debt. In short, we continue to strengthen our position as the partner of choice for our customers, which will translate into higher sales and allow us to deliver the industrial future we envisage.

On this basis, and despite an environment marked by high inflationary pressures, we reiterate our targets for full-year 2026: EBITDA close to EUR 450 million, above the previous year; annual profit growth of more than 5%; and free cash flow of approximately EUR 200 million, consolidating a differentiated profitability profile upon completion of a new phase of industrial investment.

Within this framework, we are announcing a new share buyback programme of up to 1% of share capital, subject to the completion of the current programme. Combining both programmes, total share buybacks since the beginning of the year would amount to up to 4% of share capital, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to shareholder remuneration.

Beyond these figures, we continue to lay the foundations for our future, fully committed to our strategic pillars: customer, cost and capital. We will invest and diversify with our customers in mind and with the firm purpose of manufacturing our products and providing our services in the most reliable, competitive and sustainable way possible, while maintaining strict financial discipline. Today, more than ever, the future belongs to us.
