Company Announcement No. 46/2026. The programme is implemented in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation"). Prior to the share buy-back, Vestas held 14,228,701 treasury shares, equal to 1.4 percent of the share capital. Under the programme, Vestas will buy back shares for an amount up to DKK 3,000m (approx. EUR 400m) in the period from 13 August 2026 and until no later than 16 December 2026.
