Second Quarter 2026 Results Versigent delivered second quarter 2026 net sales of $2,444 million, an increase of 10.8% compared to the second quarter of 2025. Adjusted Net Sales Growth1 was approximately 5% year-over-year. Growth was driven by higher volumes in North America and Asia Pacific reflecting stronger customer demand despite lower global automotive production.
