This is to inform that Mr. Mysuru Devaraju Dhanush has resigned from the position of Independent Director and various committees vide his letter dated 18th September 2026 (received by the Company on 19th September 2026) as the registration with IDDB is expiring this year and due to his other commitments. There is no other material reason for his resignation.
