Variation of Cease Trade Order
Culture Medium Holdings Corp.
(formerly Brand Neue Corp.)

¶ 1 On December 9, 2010, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Brand Neue Corp. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.
¶ 2 On March 14, 2011, Brand Neue Corp. changed its name from Brand Neue Corp. to Culture Medium Holdings Corp.
¶ 3 Culture Medium Holdings Corp. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.
¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Brand Neue Corp. to Culture Medium Holdings Corp.
