Results of today’s Annual General Meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 of Varia US Properties AG took place today in Zurich. A total of 5,719,089 voting shares corresponding to 56.48% of the entire share capital were represented by their owners in person, an individual proxy or by the independent proxy. All items and motions on the agenda for the AGM have been approved by shareholders.
