Hsinchu, Taiwan, August 4, 2026 - Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation today announced its consolidated revenue of NT$14,245 million, net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company was NT$2,975 million, and EPS of NT$1.56 for the second quarter of 2026.
Quarter-over-quarter, second-quarter revenue increased 13.7% to NT$14,245 million from NT$12,532 million in the previous quarter. Net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company for the second quarter was NT$2,975 million, compared to NT$2,246 million in the first quarter of 2026. Driven by seasonal demand and customer inventory restocking, wafer shipments in the second quarter of 2026 increased by approximately 11% sequentially, blended ASP increased by 3%, while gross profit margin improved by 3.0 percentage points to 32.3%. The results were in line with our guidance given on May 5, 2026.
"Customer's overall demand for power management products has continued to increase; we forecast wafer shipments to increase by 1% to 3% quarter over quarter, blended ASP to increase by 2% to 4% quarter over quarter, and gross profit margin to be between 32.5% and 34.5% for the third quarter of 2026, based on an exchange rate assumption of NT$32 to US$1," said Amanda Huang, Vice President & CFO of VIS.
