Valdor Announces CEO Transition and Stock Option Grant (TheNewswire) Vancouver, B.C. – TheNewswire - June 27, 2025 – Valdor Technology International Inc. (“ Valdor ” or the “ Company ”) (CSE: VTI), a provider of advanced fiber optic components, announces that Mr. Dorian Banks has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company, effective immediately. The Board thanks Mr. Banks for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors. The Company has commenced a formal search for a suitable candidate to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and will provide further updates as the process advances. The Company also announces it has granted an aggregate of 200,000 stock options (the “ Options ”) to certain directors and officers of the Company. Each Option is exercisable into one (1) common share of the Company at a price of $0.035 for a period of two (2) years from the date of grant. The Options are subject to the standard four month and one day hold period.
