Uzin Utz : Dividend announcement (Dividend Announcement 2025)

The Annual General Meeting of our company on May 13, 2025 resolved to use the net retained profits of EUR 53,975,729.61 for the 2024 financial year to distribute a dividend of EUR 1.90 per no-par value share entitled to dividend (EUR 9,584,206.10 in total). The balance sheet profit of EUR 44,391,523.51 remaining after distribution will be carried forward to new account.

The dividend for shares with the WKN 755 150 (ISIN: DE0007551509) will be paid out from May 16, 2025 via Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt am Main, by the custodian banks with deduction of 25% capital gains tax and 5.5% solidarity surcharge on the withheld capital gains tax (26.375% in total) and, if applicable, church tax on the capital gains tax.

In the case of domestic shareholders, the dividend will be paid out without deduction of capital gains tax, solidarity surcharge and, if applicable, church tax if they have submitted a non-assessment certificate from their local tax office to their custodian bank. The same applies in whole or in part to shareholders who have issued an exemption order to their custodian bank, provided that the exemption volume stated in this order has not already been used up by other income from capital assets.

In the case of foreign shareholders, the withheld capital gains tax including the solidarity surcharge may be reduced in accordance with existing agreements on the avoidance of double taxation between the Federal Republic of Germany and the country concerned. Applications for reimbursement of the reduction amount must be submitted to the Federal Central Tax Office, 53225 Bonn, in good time.
