July 9, 2009 Universal Systems, Inc.Board of Directors has announced an immediate realignment of management responsibilities.Mr. John D. Rasmussen will serve USI in the capacity of CEO/President.Mr. Frank Perkins has been relieved of his duties as interim CEO.He has been reassigned to work in the Company’s Cable Division and therefore be reporting directly to Mr. Gerald Bell.
