is pleased to announce that it has retained Buchanan Communications Limited
('Buchanan'), a Financial Public Relations Consultancy in the United Kingdom.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Phillip Shirvington stated "we
are pleased to announce that we have retained Buchanan, one of the UK's
leading financial communications and investor relations consultancies. Mr.
Bobby Morse, a Director of Buchanan will be responsible for UrAsia's public
relations activities in the UK. In consideration of the services to be
provided, the Company has agreed to pay Buchanan a monthly fee of (pnds
stlg)5,000.
