This is to inform you that as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulation, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st July 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 by the Company to the Stock Exchange.
