VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - Upper Canyon Minerals Corp. (TSXV:UCM) ("Upper Canyon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a sales agreement with Lucky Minerals (TSXV:LJ) Inc. on the 100% owned Josefina Project located in the Huarochiri Province of Lima, Peru, which comprises 5600 hectares and includes the past producing Josefina Silver and Base Metals mine. The Company has received $22,000 with the balance of $25,000 due within 60 days. Final payment will coincide with the transfer of title to Lucky Minerals Inc. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
