Update regarding Company Shareholdings
Somero Enterprises, Inc. has provided an update on significant shareholder positions, noting that as a US-incorporated entity, it may not receive direct notifications of shareholding changes. Based on share register analysis, Regent Gas Holdings Limited's holding remained stable at 12.31% as of March 31, 2026, with a minor increase of 0.02% from December 31, 2025. Unicorn Asset Management saw an increase of 0.56% to 5.72% by March 31, 2026, while Charles Stanley experienced a decrease of 0.84% to 4.62%. Hargreaves Lansdown and Interactive Investor also saw reductions in their holdings, decreasing by 0.54% and 0.72% respectively. Lazard Freres Banque increased its stake by 0.56% to 3.51%.
