Update re Directors' and Concert Party shareholdings
Further to the Company's announcement on 24 April 2025 of the results of the Tender Offer ("Results Announcement"), LDG has been notified, following confirmations received by the relevant shareholders from the respective broker nominees holding their shares, of updated shareholdings as set out below, which replace the shareholdings set out in the Results Announcement.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company announcement on 28 March 2025.
