The Board of Golden Prospect Precious Metals Limited notes its announcement of 10 July 2026 regarding the proposed appointment of Baker Steel Capital Managers LLP as the Company's Investment Manager and AIFM.
The Board confirms that the transition process remains on track and is expected to complete in October 2026. A further announcement will be made in due course upon completion.
