Further to the announcement on 24 September 2024, the Board of NAHL (AIM: NAH) confirms that it has had discussions with a wide variety of potential buyers for Bush & Co., the Group's Critical Care business, and discussions with final bidders are progressing. The Board is seeking to conclude the process as soon as possible and will update shareholders as appropriate. In line with any M&A process there can be no certainty that the disposal will occur nor as to its terms.
