ZOTEFOAMS PLC ('ZOTEFOAMS' OR THE 'COMPANY')
Update on Directorate
It was indicated in Zotefoams' annual report and accounts for the year ended 31
December 2004, which were published on 24 March 2005, that John Marley intends
to stand down as a non-executive director in August 2005 on completing ten years
with the Company.
In the interests of continuity, John has agreed to continue as a non-executive
director of Zotefoams while the Company remains in an offer period as defined by
the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Should an offer to shareholders not be
forthcoming and, as a result, the Company comes out of an offer period he is
likely to remain on the Zotefoams Board until a suitable replacement is found.
