23 September 2022   Manolete Partners Plc ("Manolete" or the "Company") Update on case   Manolete Partners Plc (AIM: MANO), the leading listed insolvency litigation financing firm in the UK, announces that further to the announcement of 9 September, Manolete has now been granted permission by the Court of Appeal to appeal the adverse decision in the High Court on the case referred to in that announcement. The process is likely to take some months and the outcome cannot be guaranteed.
