  • The deferred shares will carry very limited rights, will not be listed or traded on any market and generally cannot be transferred. The consolidated ordinary shares carry the same rights as the existing shares, with new identifying codes ISIN GB00BVLCTC60 and SEDOL BVLCTC6; the ticker stays PRIS.
  • Electronic (CREST) accounts will be credited with the new shares on October 30, 2026, and share certificates for certificated holders will be sent by November 13, 2026. Shareholders do not need to take any action.
  • The company has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK markets regulator, to restore the listing of its ordinary shares, which remain suspended; the reorganisation does not depend on that restoration.

What’s still pending

  • Restoration of the listing of the company's shares is still pending with the Financial Conduct Authority, with timing to be updated later.
