The Company had been working towards announcing its audited results by the end of March 2026. However, the audit has been delayed due to resourcing constraints and scheduling pressures within the Company's external audit firm, which have impacted the timing of completion of their review. The Board notes that these delays are outside of the Company's control. Importantly, the Board confirms that the delay is not due to any issues relating to the Company's underlying financial performance, accounting policies, or internal controls.
