Update March 22, 2013

At the last meeting of the Board of Directors, our President announced the following:

 

“We have finally completed our financial reports for the last four years. The situation was rendered difficult because of the change in the direction in 2010 and the lack of some proper information. We are grateful to our previous legal counselors for their cooperation.

 

In any case, with the help of our very capable new accountants – ZAMENTO – the financials are now not only in order but done according to proper accounting practices.

 

Furthermore our legal position is now clear and transparent due to the excellent collaboration of our new lawyers – BCF Business Lawyers. The results have been reported to Pinksheets so that we will be up to date. I have given instruction to all our directors and administrators that we must never fall behind again.

 

Let our investors be advised that we have a very clean company and strive to keep it that way.”
