Get Real USA, Inc. [GTRL] Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Beener wishes to address the most recent stock activity.
It is important to realize that Get Real USA, Inc. is a long term investment opportunity and not merely a short term move up and down. Investors must keep in mind the status of the Company when current management took control. In short there was no trading activity in the stock, there was no operating business, there had not been a press release in approximately two years, and financial disclosures were so delinquent that a stop sign was placed on the Company by OTC markets.
The average trading volume for the stock was 10,000 per day for a thirty day period (it is now over a million). Accordingly, there are many investors who have owned the stock of the Company for a long period of time and had not had an opportunity to benefit. Many of these investors acquired the stock at a price of approximately .0012. Therefore, when there is a positive movement in the stock, investors will take an opportunity for a profit.
This is not pump and dump; this is investors being rewarded for their investment and patience. I ask that you remain patient and understand that the Company is making significant progress not only in proceeding with its business plan but in terms of stock price and liquidity. Liquidity is key.
