The credit facility was extended at a competitive interest rate, providing the Company with a transparent and stable benchmark for future borrowing needs. "We're pleased to establish this new credit facility with Truist Bank, which not only augments our working capital capabilities, but also demonstrates growing confidence in our business and long-term potential," said Richard (Rick) Isaak, Senior Vice President and CFO of U.S. Antimony. With approximately $18 Million of existing cash and cash equivalents, there are no immediate plans to utilize any borrowings under this new line of credit. Antimony metal is used in bearings, storage batteries, and ordnance. Antimony trisulfide is used as a primer in ammunition.
