UMC Shareholders Approve NT$2.60 Cash Dividend at Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

Taipei, Taiwan, May 27, 2026 - United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC; TWSE: 2303) ("UMC"), today held its 2026 annual shareholders' meeting.

At the meeting, the shareholders approved:

  1. The 2025 Business Report and Financial Statements. The consolidated revenue for 2025 was NT$237,553 million and net income attributable to the shareholder of the parent was NT$41,716 million, with earnings per share of NT$3.34.
  2. Shareholder cash dividend of approximately NT$2.60 per share.
