Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2025, we hereby enclose the Notice of the 55th Annual General Meeting of United Credit Limited to be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual Means and the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Company has engaged the CDSL to provide remote e-Voting facility during the AGM. the remote e-Voting period will commence on Friday, September 25, 2026 (9.00A.M.) and will end on Sunday September 26, 2026 (5:00 P.M.). The e-Voting module shall be disabled by CDDSL for voting thereafter.
