Notice of change of date of board meeting

We refer to our earlier announcement dated March 31, 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited ('The Exchange') and the investing public of United Bank for Africa Plc's ('the Company') Board Meeting scheduled to hold on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

This is to inform the Exchange and the investing public that, due to unforeseen exigencies, the Company's Board meeting has been rescheduled from Thursday, April 23, 2026, to Friday, April 24, 2026, to consider and approve the Company's 2026 First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements and Reports for the period ended March 31, 2026
