The outcome of the meeting is as below:1. To consider and approve filing of extension application to extend period by 60 days-The resolution was put for voting and approved by CoC. 2. The appointment of proposed agency for undertaking vetting of resolution plan and conducting due diligence under section 29A of IBC.- The matter was discussed with CoC and the COC assured that appointment of the proposed agency shall be accorded at the earliest.
