Pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with sub clause 16(g) of clause A of Part A of schedule III, We hereby inform you that the 5th meeting of COC (Committee of Creditors) of Unitech International Limited was held on Tuesday, 30th December 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the regulations made thereunder. The agenda items placed before the committee of creditors in the said meeting were put the e-voting and the voting result were received on 12 January 2026. The resolutions as placed before the COC have been duly approved by the requisite majority, in accordance with the provisions of IB Code, 2016 and CIRP regulations.The detailed voting result are enclosed herewith along with the signed disclosure.Kindly consider the above information as material information under the provisions of SEBI, LODR 2015.You are requested to take above information on records.
