Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, August 22, 2026, has approved the incorporation of two (2) Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of the Company.Upon formation of 'Wholly owned subsidiaries' the relevant information required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 shall be intimated accordingly.
