Unipres Corporation (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Pref.; President: Nobuya Uranishi) passed a resolution at a meeting of its Board of Directors and Management meeting on February 13, 2025, to make the following organizational and personnel changes.

Organizational Changes (April 1, 2025)
In order to promote further value-adding, differentiation, and entry into new fields based on precision press technology, not limited to transmissions, the operations of the TM Production Engineering Department will be transferred to the Production Engineering Department, and the operations of the TM Sales Department will be transferred to the Sales Department.
In addition, the division names of TM Engineering Department, TM Quality Assurance Department, and TM Operations Department will be renamed to Precision Engineering Department, Precision Quality Assurance Department, and Precision Operations Department.
